Meetings

The Board meets in person once a year in March.

Meetings are open to all interested parties.

The next meeting will be in March 2027,

Generally, the meetings are on the last Saturday of the March, but may be changed to avoid holidays or other circumstances. Also, if there are five Saturdays, it may be moved to the fourth Saturday. The actual date will be posted upon confirmation.
